Overview
This program will provide an overview of OSHA, and will help attorneys prepare for when their clients are obligated to contact OSHA, when they are contacted by OSHA, and when OSHA comes to a worksite to conduct an inspection. Further, the program will discuss how to contest the issuance of a citation and handle the ensuing litigation. This program will also discuss recent workplace safety & health developments.
This program will benefit all attorneys who have clients with a US workplace, including construction, manufacturing, energy, industrial, retail, medical, and technical establishments.
