OSHA Essentials

This course, presented by Christina Niro, discusses the origins of OSHA, how OSHA enforces General Industry health and safety regulations through inspections and priorities, best practices, and pitfalls involved with defending citations and complaints brought against employers by this lesser-known federal administrative agency. This program will benefit experienced litigators with client bases in manufacturing, construction, staffing, and healthcare.
