From Loft tenant’s rights, to landlord and tenant cases regarding current and former Loft Law units, Loft Law in New York is a seldom-covered yet important and interesting component of landlord and tenant law. In this course, Itkowitz PLLC partner Michelle Maratto Itkowitz provides a comprehensive review of the various nuances involved in New York Loft Law.
