This program, presented by Stephen Brodie, will discuss the challenges faced by younger lawyers when negotiating with other (often more experienced) lawyers in a commercial transaction. Suggestions will be offered as to how to recognize and use leverage, as well as ideas for managing your own client's expectations and aspirations.
