In this program, taught by Andrea Campbell Davison, attorneys will learn the basics of real estate secured financing transactions from start to finish, including transaction basics, drafting best practices, and how to best represent your client on either side of the transaction. This practical program will provide basics from the consideration of both borrowers and lenders.

Andrea Campbell Davison is a shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman with practice concentrations in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, and commercial loan transactions.
Andrea has represented a wide range of interested parties in all chapters of bankruptcy. Andrea regularly represents banks and other creditors in credit enforcement and collections, in and out of bankruptcy and is experienced in the conduct of real estate foreclosures. She advises clients regarding loan workouts, financial restructuring and the risks associated with bankruptcy and financial distress.
Andrea is also experienced in commercial finance and loan transactions, including the performance of title and survey review and other diligence in connection with the sale, acquisition or leasing of commercial real estate.
Previously, Andrea was an associate attorney at an Am Law 200 law firm in Washington, D.C. in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group.
