In this program, taught by Ashley L. Matias of Brach Eichler, LLC, attorneys, employers, managerial and supervisory employees, and human resources professionals will learn about the federal laws governing pregnancy discrimination in the workplace, accommodations for pregnant and lactating employees, leave taken for the birth or care of a child, as well as the role of recent Supreme Court decisions and State or Local laws. Throughout the course, Ms. Matias will provide policy drafting and best practice tips to ensure employer compliance and employee protection while reducing legal exposure.
