This course provides an overview of the General Medicaid Guidelines for determining eligibility for Medicaid Long Term Care Services along with a review of the current eligibility figures for 2023. Colleen Bratkovitch, Partner at Zacharia Brown, delivers an insightful "deep dive" into crisis planning strategies used to protect and preserve net worth and accelerate benefits eligibility. This course will benefit elder law attorneys who are looking to gain a better understanding of more sophisticated planning tools and techniques. Most importantly, attorneys will better understand how to guide clients to achieve eligibility for necessary benefits without losing their life savings.
