Despite a recent push for returning to the office, hybrid and remote work arrangements remain prevalent and are unlikely to go away anytime soon. This program will identify key legal and practical considerations regarding remote workers and provide guidance on mitigating associated risks. We will discuss payroll, tax and benefit considerations for hybrid/remote workers, how to ensure policies appropriately address remote work issues, issues relating to remote work as a reasonable accommodation, and more.
