Lincoln's Law Today: An Introduction to the False Claims Act

The False Claims Act is the Government's most important tool for recovering misspent federal funds. Given the prevalence of fraud in a multitude of sectors, such as healthcare and COVID-relief programs, the False Claims Act is more important now than ever. This introductory course will provide an overview of the False Claims Act, including its history, practices, and procedures, issues unique to False Claims Act litigation, and considerations when representing whistleblowers.
