Overview
Attorneys frequently use life care plans to support their contentions regarding damages and the projected cost of future medical expenses. The life care plan is dynamic and based on published standards of practice. The life care plan should include a comprehensive assessment of the plaintiff's medical condition and outline the plaintiff's current and future needs and all associated costs. In this program, presented by Mila Carlson, Nurse Consultant and Nurse Life Care Planner at Mila Carlson & Associates, P.C., viewers will understand what a life care plan is, who can author these reports, and the types of cases that can benefit from a Life Care Plan.
