Overview
The program, taught by Skadden attorneys Mana Ghaemmaghami and MacKinzie Neal, is designed for both outside and in-house counsel that are seeking to advise on matters related to non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"), including NFT marketplaces, NFT-related service providers, and NFT projects or individual creators. The program will begin with a short background on NFTs and blockchain technology, and will then dive into an in-depth discussion on the current legal and regulatory landscape, touching on related technical developments in the space. The program will also provide key drafting considerations for agreements that concern NFTs, as well as an explanation on the role of decentralized autonomous organizations ("DAOs") within the NFT ecosystem. A general knowledge of blockchain technology is recommended but not required.
