Labor Law Update 2024: What All Employers Need to Know Now (Regardless of Union Status)

Labor law is back at the forefront of most employers' minds, and both unionized and non-unionized employers should take notice.  After a busy summer and fall of strikes and threatened walkouts, big labor is having a moment in the sun. On top of that, the National Labor Relations Board has set out a slew of decisions that impact how both unionized and non-unionized employers can make employment-related decisions and run their businesses.  Throughout the course, we'll review how we got here, what's happened, what employers need to know, and what we think will come next (and how employers can best prepare).
