This course is designed to be an entry-level program for attorneys new to the practice of New Jersey estate planning. We will take a survey approach to the New Jersey statutory framework to understand the law, planning formalities, and the formation of intent in estate plans.
This will include an introduction to both the classic and modern approaches to client intake, the planning process, drafting considerations, and the use of forms.
