Course Description

When representing clients in a real estate transaction, attorneys must understand how to minimize the pitfalls and legal risks for their clients, while also avoiding ethical quagmires. Whether you represent the buyer or the seller in a real estate deal, it is essential to understand your responsibilities before, during, and after the closing in order to provide the best outcome for your client.

This course, taught by Rovin R. Rozario, Managing Partner at Rozario & Associates, will teach you how to navigate even the most complex real estate deals, from the negotiation stage to handling contentious closings.
