This program will discuss independent-expenditure and independent-expenditure-only PACs or (super PACs as they are called) and how they can be used to support or oppose candidates.
This program will help nonprofits, corporations, trade associations, and individuals understand how they can make independent expenditures and create and operate a super PAC to support political candidates at the federal, state, and local levels.
