This program, presented by Greenberg Traurig partner Nelson Migdal, provides an introduction to Management Agreements and Franchise Agreements in the hospitality industry today. It is intended to be a practical guide to the issues that face lawyers and industry leaders working in the hospitality field, and to develop a deeper understanding of the Manager-Owner and Franchisor-Franchisee relationship and the complexities of these relationships that dominate the hotel industry.
