It is intended to be a practical guide to the issues that face lawyers and industry leaders working in the hospitality field, and to develop a deeper understanding of the Manager-Owner and Franchisor-Franchisee relationship and the complexities of these relationships that dominate the hotel industry.

The subject matter is approached from the perspective of the transactional practitioner, while examining the multi-party relationships and agreements among the parties to hotel related transactions.
