Overview
Labor law is back at the forefront of most employers' minds, and both unionized and non-unionized employers should take notice. We've seen a slew of strikes this summer off the back of tense collective bargaining negotiations. Beyond that, unfair labor practice charge filings are at historic levels, as is support for labor organizations more generally. We'll discuss what's driving the resurgence of labor, as well as changes to the law and what unionized and non-unionized employers can and should do to maintain positive relations while staying compliant.
