Here, There, and Everywhere: Multi-Jurisdictional Practices and the Unauthorized Practice of Law

As legal practice becomes ever more global in scope, questions have arisen as to whether the rules governing multi-jurisdictional practice and the unauthorized practice of law still fit, or whether the reality of a 21st profession and delivery of legal services merit change.  This program will consider these questions, look at the current status of the law and legal boundaries, consider options for the future, and equip attendees with the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate complex legal landscapes and uphold ethical standards in cross-border transactions.
