This program, presented by James W. Kim and Brian Malkin, partners at McDermott, Will and Emery, will provide an overview of government contracts in the clinical research context. The program will cover the government contracting process, contract types, and implications for working with the government. Part One of this two-part series will focus on prime contracts, including applicable FAR clauses for prime contracts, teaming agreements, and intellectual property implications. 

This program will benefit attorneys engaged in government procurement work for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
