Foreclosure Basics and Current Legal Issues

This course, presented by Stephen Hladik of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, will cover the basic legal issues involved with judicial foreclosures from both the debtor and creditor perspectives. The course will examine key terms of loan documents, required notices, current servicing regulations and guidelines, and common legal defenses to foreclosure.
