Pharmaceutical patent litigation often becomes a "battle of the experts."  Presenting the best case for your client includes finding an expert with the right technical expertise, analytical skills, and courtroom demeanor. The program will address strategies for preparing expert reports and getting experts ready to testify at deposition and at trial.  This program will benefit intermediate litigators who are often tasked with finding the perfect expert and handle day-to-day communications with the expert throughout the case.
