Exploring the Intersection - and Divergence - of Business and Legal Ethics

This program will discuss business ethics and legal ethics and how they at times intersect and diverge from one another. We will explore the basics of both business ethics and legal ethics then utilize case studies to deliver pragmatic advice.

This program will benefit all new and experienced attorneys working with businesses and provide case studies and hypotheticals. The course will explore everything from retainer arrangements to investments, and the grey areas in between.
