Expanded Employee Protections Under New York's Whistleblower Law

This program explores the recent expansion of employee protections under New York Labor Law § 740 (the Whistleblower Law). This course will examine the risk of such claims, and consider ways employers may be able to protect themselves from claims of whistleblower retaliation.
