This program, which is the first in a three-part series, will walk new or seasoned solopreneurs through the necessary steps toward building the business they'd like to have by identifying why they want to be a self-employed attorney, what they want their law firm business to look like, and how to prepare their firms for growth, all while avoiding the ethical pitfalls common to small firms and solo practitioners.
Lawyers will come away with practical advice for building their firm's foundation in a way that is ethical, productive, and successful, and will be well-positioned to continue growing their law firm to not only meet but exceed, their goals and expectations.
