Ethical Conflicts Waivers: Not (Entirely) Black Magic

This program will take a holistic approach to law firm risk management through the use of conflict of interest waivers. Jeffrey Cunningham, MGC Law, will explore the inherent risks, the applicable ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and specific legal malpractice considerations.
