Establishing and Participating in Multiple Employer Plans

In this program, ERISA and employee benefits attorney, Erika M. Medina, will review regulation and sub-regulatory guidance affecting the establishment and participation in multiple employer plans and pooled employer plans. The course will provide an overview of factors necessary to maintain single multiple employer plan status and requirements to participate in or administer pooled employer plans.
