Does the thought of e-discovery make you feel sick to your stomach? Electronic data can seem overwhelming. However, there are ways to manage e-discovery. In this presentation, Cari Sheehan, Assistant Clinical Professor of Business Law and Ethics at IU Kelley School of Business - Indianapolis, will discuss e-discovery and how to manage it within your practice. This program will also discuss ethics rules that pertain to e-discovery.
