This program, presented by Ronald Hedges, Principal of Ronald J. Hedges LLC and former United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey,  on electronic information in civil cases, will look at new sources of electronic information, including generative artificial intelligence, and consider how the discovery of electronic information from these sources may be sought and produced. The session will also provide an overview of possible consequences should electronic information be "lost." It will then consider how electronic information may be admitted into evidence and will conclude with examples of best practices and current trends. This session will benefit any litigator, whether experienced or new to electronic information.
