This program will discuss disability as a part of our nationwide conversation on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This panel of experienced attorneys, both who work with people with disabilities and who have disabilities themselves, will provide insights on this important question around diversity, how to discuss disability effectively and respectfully, and considerations for recruiting law students and lawyers with disabilities. Finally, insights on how you can make your law firm and the legal field more accessible will be shared.
