Distressed Healthcare Restructurings: Key Issues and Considerations

Prior to COVID-19, the healthcare industry faced significant distress, the pandemic exacerbated that. While some companies were able to survive with help from government funding, tougher issues face healthcare companies even as we may be turning the corner.
