This program presented by James J. Mazza, Jr., partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Justin M. Winerman, associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; and Russell A. Perry, a senior managing director at Ankura ,will provide an overview of key issues and considerations applicable to distressed health care companies. This course will help attorneys, accountants, and business executives navigate tough times in the healthcare industry.
