Overview
Responding to discovery can be difficult. How do you know whether to state an objection or respond? Do you have everything to disclose? There is so much to consider when responding to discovery, and there are grave consequences if you do not respond effectively, e.g., sanctions, inability to use evidence at trial, etc. In the presentation, Cari Sheehan, Assistant Clinical Professor of Business Law and Ethics at IU Kelley School of Business - Indianapolis, will discuss evidence collection, common objections, and touch on e-discovery collection, review, and production.
