Presented by Ronald Hedges, Principal of Ronald J. Hedges LLC and former United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey, this program will review how attorneys and courts address electronic information in civil cases. This program will look at civil cases at various stages and will begin with an introduction to "E- discovery" and will consider how electronic information can be used to undertake discovery of that information. The session will benefit any litigator, whether experienced or new to E-discovery, as well as their support personnel.
