Since the firm's inception, he has been instrumental in leading the evolution of the firm into what it is today, a full service insurance defense firm. Mr. Russo currently handles complex high exposure trials and regularly advises major insurance carriers and self-insured entities on matters relating to tort liability, trial practice, insurance coverage, and litigation strategy.

Experience:

  • Practicing attorney of over 35 years.

  • Has tried over 65 jury trial cases to verdict and successfully argued many appeals.

  • Began career as Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Office.

  • Prosecuted felony cases as a trial assistant and acting Chief of a Supreme Court Trial Bureau.
