In 2010 Mr. Blitz took over twenty cases to verdict with the majority of them being successful results for his clients.

Mr. Blitz is a native of New York City and a graduate of Columbia Prep High School and the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Mr. Blitz also has roots in the entertainment field, having owned and operated a successful booking and music management company.

Christopher Farella is a member of the Litigation Department of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. and also serves as Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.’s Deputy General Counsel with duties encompassing advice on ethical matters, resolution of conflicts of interest, and advising senior management on a wide-range of issues. Mr. Farella’s practice focuses on state and federal litigation in the employment, business, and white-collar criminal practice areas, with particular expertise on guidance and creative strategies regarding best practices for the preservation and collection of electronically stored information ("ESI"). Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Farella was an Assistant General Counsel at the North American headquarters of a global pharmaceutical company and he served as Chairperson for New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee.

Kenneth Craig Dobson is Of Counsel at Crystal & Giannoni-Crystal, LLC (an international law and ethics law firm), where he practices both immigration and ethics law. He has a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Furman University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England School of Law. During law school, he received CALI awards in both the Law and Ethics of Lawyering and International Business Transactions and served as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.
He previously served as UPL Liaison for the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Georgia-Alabama Chapter and was appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to serve as Chairperson of the District 1 UPL Committee for the State Bar of Georgia from 2014 to 2017. He is currently Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s National Ethics Committee and also a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility’s Cross-Border Practice Subcommittee, which is currently working on proposed amendments to current ABA multijurisdictional practice rules. Additionally, he is a member of New York City Bar Association’s Mindfulness & Wellbeing Committee in Law Committee. In October 2017, he became one of the first National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coaches.
Seymour W. James, Jr., is a partner in the law firm of Barket Epstein Kearon Aldea and LoTurco. He is the former Attorney-in-Chief of The Legal Aid Society in New York City where he was responsible for the overall operation of the Society’s Civil, Criminal and Juvenile Rights practices. Mr. James began his career as a staff attorney with The Legal Aid Society and prior to serving as Attorney-in-Chief held various supervisory positions in the Criminal Defense Practice, including city-wide Attorney-in-Charge, Queens County Attorney-in-Charge, Deputy Attorney-in-Charge in Queens and Kings Counties, and Supervising Attorney in the Bronx and Kings County. Under his leadership the Criminal Practice developed a nationally recognized training program, enhanced supervision, created a DNA Unit, and expanded the use of social workers and investigators. During his tenure as Attorney-in-Chief, The Legal Aid Society won a landmark victory removing barriers on necessary healthcare for transgender youth and adults, took a lead role in the representation of unaccompanied immigrant children who fled abuse and violence in their homeland, helped persuade the City to establish universal access to an attorney in Housing Court, and obtained a landmark consent decree to reduce abuse of prisoners on Rikers Island.
A leader of the organized bar, Mr. James is a Past President of the New York State Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association and currently serves in the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates. He has served on important State and City commissions including the Chief Judge’s Justice Task Force, the Permanent Sentencing Commission, the Independent Commission on New York City Criminal Justice and Incarceration reform and the New York State Council on Community Re-Entry and Reintegration,
Among the awards Mr. James has received are Lifetime Achievement Awards from the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New York Law Journal; Lifetime of Commitment Award from Fordham Law School’s Feerick Center for Social Justice; Metropolitan Black Bar Association’s Public Servant of the Year; American Bar Association’s Dorsey Award in recognition of extraordinary commitment to providing legal services to those in need; and the New York State Bar Association’s Michele S. Maxian Award for Outstanding Public Defense Practitioner.
