Now that you have a handle on the type of data available to you, it's time to put a plan in place for what you will track and how you will track it. This session will build on the SWOT Analysis you created on Day 1. You'll use your SWOT analysis to build your business goals for the year. With those goals in mind, you'll now determine which KPIs you'll track to ensure you are on track and reaching your goals.
