Data Privacy Legal Issues from an In-House Perspective

This course will provide background on the data privacy legal landscape, including issues of standing and the varied privacy rules with which companies must contend both nationwide and worldwide. The panel will then discuss reasoned approaches to dealing with the developing rules governing data privacy.
