In this program, Alan S. Pralgever, partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis will guide the New Jersey attorney through strategically negotiating risks during contract negotiations. Mr. Pralgever will provide an overview of the duties of the parties involved, and will review the duties to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless.

The program will provide examples of clear contractual language and typical indemnification clauses. Lastly, the program will also include a discussion of indemnification insurance.

He is a certified mediator by the State of New Jersey. Mr. Pralgever is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Lafayette College, his M.A. degree from Columbia University, and his J.D. degreed from Antioch School of Law.
