Overview

In this course, Eric Gang will review the data and research that supports the conclusion that mastering client relation skills is one of the most important skills lawyers can learn. The course will identify what all clients' key needs are and how to meet those needs in an effective way.  Moreover, the common features of vulnerable clients will be discussed, as well as the risks these clients pose to the attorney.  The course addresses the RPC provisions that are implicated when dealing with vulnerable clients, and strategies on how to effectively navigate the attorney/client relationship.
