Cloud Computing - Client Compliance and Concomitant Considerations

This program will address legal risks involved in using cloud services, including security, privacy, contract and other areas of potential concern.  With the legal developments impacting technology use evolving rapidly in parallel with accelerating technical change, the continuing shift of enterprise I.T. from traditional models to cloud services involves challenges in assessing and controlling legal risk.  We will cover the most important new legal developments impacting legal risk in the cloud and discuss how the latest cloud services affect the calculus, along with techniques for addressing these challenges.
