This course, presented by Nicholas Froning, will address the important issue of client fund management in the practice of law. Mr. Froning will discuss IOLTA overdraft and maintenance and explore the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, which govern lawyers in the State of Ohio and provide a solid framework for new lawyers to navigate client fund management and the practice of law.
