This program, presented by Patti Haddad, will discuss the best practices in how to advise Executors to navigate the various issues and filings that arise in the course of their fiduciary obligations as an Executor in New Jersey.  Specifically in dealing with the Surrogate's offices, heirs at law, beneficiaries, and taxing authorities.  

This program will benefit beginner NJ attorneys entering the area of Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
