Attorney-Client and Work Product Protections: What Will Remain After The Latest Government and Non-Government Initiatives

The Gatekeeper Initiative proposes to require some attorneys to evaluate and possibly "turn in" their clients. This program will discuss the history of the attorney-client and work product protections, current case law limiting the privilege as well as current American Bar Association and proposed legislative initiatives which would result in extraordinary changes in the attorney-client relationship.
