Art Law: Hot Topics (Part 3)

The third installment in our art law series covers a variety of significant topics and recent legal developments that impact the world of art. The course, presented by Amelia Brankov and Anna Kadyshevich of Frankfurt Kurnit, along with Leila Amineddoleh from Galluzzo & Amineddoleh, covers issues concerning chain of title, charitable donations, and authenticity in the art market.  Additionally, the program delves into recent cases regarding intellectual property, right of publicity, and the admissibility of expert testimony in art-related litigation.
