This seminar, presented by Kimberly M. Parson, will provide a comprehensive nuts and bolts overview of Insurance Coverage Litigation. It will cover the key steps and processes that should be followed/taken by both the insurer and the insured when faced with a claim that has matured into a declaratory judgment action. Topics will include a discussion of litigation considerations from the onset of coverage litigation and initial phases. This program will benefit attorneys who are getting started in insurance coverage practice, insurance practitioners who may need a refresher on the basics, as well as insurance industry personnel who handle claims from inception through litigation.
