AI's Intersection with Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Law

This program will provide an overview of AI technologies followed by a discussion of privacy and cybersecurity issues associated with the use of AI.  Attorneys Michael La Marca and Samuel Grogram of Hunton Andrews Kurth provide an update on emerging trends, including the AI legislative and regulatory agenda in the U.S. and EU.  The course provides recommendations for practitioners to consider to help facilitate accountable use of AI and privacy and cybersecurity governance.
