Overview

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a critical part of many employment decisions. AI can conduct job interviews, "pass" or "fail" job applicants, and sift through large pools of applicants. The use of AI in employment decisions have attracted the attention of regulators and legislators at the federal, state, and local levels of government. This program will examine how AI is being used to make employment decisions, explore laws and regulations that might address that use, and suggest best practices to use AI.
