Overview

Join attorney Fern Finkel for Part II of this incredibly helpful set of programs, designed for attorneys often consulted to assist their clients in preparing their planning documents (wills, powers of attorney, trusts, health care directives). In this program, tools for maintaining your clients' independence will be discussed, including having appropriate fiduciaries named in necessary planning documents, and the pooled trusts to shelter income and asset overage if Medicaid is needed. Part II will include powers of attorney, provisions to include, healthcare directives, and benefits.

Options will be presented by Ms. Finkel and sample forms will be provided.
