Advance Planning for Companion Animals

Although a majority of Americans consider pets as part of their family, all too often they are the forgotten part of advance planning. This course, presented by Patricia Wilhite McCartney, an estates and trusts lawyer, Naturopathic Doctor, and Animal Naturopathic Doctor, serves as a primer for incorporating pets into existing estate plans or as stand-alone trusts and directives, and how to avoid and overcome common drafting pitfalls and obstacles.
