Acquisition, Disposition, Transportation, & Carrying of Firearms

In this course, we review the various factors that control the acquisition, disposition, transportation, and carrying of firearms in jurisdictions across the U.S. We examine significant federal laws and regulations that overlay state law. We also review state regulatory regimes from the most restrictive to the least to help practitioners identify factors of significance for clients who wish to purchase, sell, use or transport firearms.
