A Company's Balance Sheets and the Law: Key Legal Considerations

This course, presented by business and tax law attorney Dr. Bart Basi, reviews the history and importance of accounting and proper record keeping for any business entity. These foundational skills are critical for any attorney representing business entities, in order to better advise clients on any related legal issues. The course will address balance sheets in detail, including how to develop a cash management perspective, and will provide an in-depth look at inventory on a balance sheet. Lastly, this program addresses the actual analysis of financial statements.
